The resolution provides for the consideration of H.R. , the ‘‘Foster Care Independence Act of ,’’ under a structured rule. The rule provides one hour of general debate divided equally be-tween the chairman and ranking minority member of the Commit-tee on Ways and means. The rule further provides 20 minutes of. children make the transition from foster care to self-sufficiency, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) SHORTTITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Foster Care Independence Act of ’’. The John H.
